Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (Privacy Policy) (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") of Individual Entrepreneur Anna Alexandrovna Manylova (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") applies to all information that the Seller may obtain about a buyer (user) (hereinafter referred to as the "User") during their use of the Seller's Online Store, any services, or any interactions arising from the execution of agreements between the Seller and the User.
1.2. The User's provision of personal information constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and to the processing of their personal information by the Seller. In case of disagreement with the Policy, the User must immediately cease using the Seller's Online Store and leave it.
1.3. The User agrees that while using the Online Store, they consciously define their requests, control the technical parameters of the equipment they use, and have read this Policy in its entirety.
2. User's Personal Information
2.1. "User's Personal Information" means:
2.1.1. Personal data voluntarily and independently provided by the User when placing an Order in the Seller's Online Store (Last Name and First Name, contact phone number, email address, product delivery address). Personal data voluntarily and independently provided by the User when posting a review about a purchased product in the Seller's Online Store (Name, city or locality, photographic image). Personal data - any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual.
2.1.2. Data automatically transmitted as a result of the User's use of the Seller's Online Store using software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program used for access), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, access date and time, addresses of requested pages, and other similar information.
2.1.3. Other information about the User, the obtaining of which is technically possible.
2.2. The Seller does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites that the User may access via links available in the Seller's Online Store, including in search results.
2.3. The Seller does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and cannot assess their legal capacity. The Seller and the User proceed from the assumption that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.
3. Purposes of Processing User's Personal Information
3.1. Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (including transfer to third parties, not excluding cross-border transfer if necessary for the performance of obligations), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Cross-border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity.
3.2. The Seller processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:
3.2.1. Fulfillment of the Seller's obligations to the Buyer under the Rules for the Sale of Goods (https://petyadress.ru/rules).
3.2.2. Identification of the User as a party to agreements with the Seller.
3.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending informational mailings, notifications, requests, and information related to the use of the Seller's Online Store, execution of agreements, as well as processing requests, applications, and claims from the User.
3.2.4. Promotion of goods and services by the Seller.
3.2.5. Informing about promotions, discounts, special offers, and other events of the Seller and/or its partners via email and SMS mailings. The User has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for refusal by informing the Seller of their refusal by phone at +7 903 551-15-71 or by sending a corresponding statement to the Seller's email address. Service messages informing the User about the order and its processing stages are sent automatically and cannot be declined by the User.
3.2.6. Improving the quality of use of the Seller's Online Store. Improving and refining the Seller's internal systems used to fulfill the Seller's obligations and maintain the correct operation of the Online Store.
3.2.7. Targeting of advertising materials.
3.2.8. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
3.2.9. Monitoring customer satisfaction and the quality of services provided by the Seller.
4. Conditions for Processing User's Personal Information and Its Transfer to Third Parties
4.1. The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Law").
4.2. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access to an unlimited number of persons. The User agrees that in some cases, certain parts of their personal information may become publicly available (e.g., when leaving a review on the Online Store website).
4.3. The Seller has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
4.3.1. The User has expressed consent to such actions.
4.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a specific type of option (feature) of the Seller's Online Store or for the Seller to fulfill an agreement with the User.
4.3.3. When the User uses services of companies providing financial services.
4.3.4. The transfer is provided for by applicable law.
4.3.5. In case of sale or other transfer of the Online Store by the Seller (in whole or in part), whereby all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy regarding the received personal information are transferred to the acquirer.
4.3.6. Upon request of law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law, as well as for submission to judicial authorities.
4.3.7. As a result of processing the User's personal information by anonymizing it, anonymized statistical data may be obtained, which is transferred to a third party for conducting research, performing work, or rendering services on behalf of the Seller.
5. Modification and Deletion of Personal Information. Mandatory Data Retention.
5.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information they provided or a part thereof.
5.2. The User may at any time delete the personal information they provided during registration in the Seller's Online Store.
5.3. The rights provided for in clauses 5.1. and 5.2. of the Policy may be restricted in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. In particular, such restrictions may include the Seller's obligation to retain information modified or deleted by the User for the period established by law and to transfer such information to a state body in accordance with the legally established procedure.
6. Processing of Personal Information Using Cookies and Counters
6.1. "Cookies" are text files that are saved on the User's computer when they visit websites on the Internet. Cookies help the website remember information about the User, such as their preferred language or to save the User's purchases in the cart if they accidentally close the Online Store. Thanks to cookies, browsing websites becomes much more convenient. They are used for many purposes. For example, they allow saving safe search settings, registering on sites, and automatically logging into the personal account of the Seller's Online Store. The main purpose of using cookies is to adapt the Seller's Online Store as much as possible to the Users' wishes and ensure convenient site navigation.
6.2. The Seller has the right to use cookie technology. Cookies present on the User's equipment may be used by the Seller to provide the User with personalized options for using the Online Store, for targeting/distributing information/advertising displayed to the User, for statistical and research purposes, and to improve the options for using the Online Store. Cookies do not contain confidential information.
6.3. The Seller has the right to establish that the provision of certain options for using the Online Store is only possible if the acceptance and receipt of cookies are permitted by the User.
6.4. The structure, content, and technical parameters of a cookie are determined at the Seller's discretion and may be changed without prior notice to the User.
6.5. Counters placed by the Seller on the Online Store website may be used to analyze the User's cookies, collect and process statistical information, and for other purposes. The technical parameters of the counters are determined by the Seller and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

6.7. To improve the options for using the Online Store, the Seller may obtain information about the User's IP address. This information is not used by the Seller to identify the User.
7. Measures Applied to Protect User's Personal Information
7.1. The Seller takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
7.2. Security of the User's personal data is ensured by monitoring to identify threats to the security of personal data during their processing; applying organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data during their processing; assessing the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure the security of personal data; detecting facts of unauthorized access to personal data and taking measures to eliminate them; establishing rules for access to personal data; and controlling the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data.
7.3. The User is obliged to take measures to ensure the security of the information used by them to log in to the Seller's Online Store (login, password). The User is responsible for the security of this information. Any actions performed using it are considered by the Seller to have been performed by the User. The transfer of the User's own login and password to third parties is prohibited. If the User becomes aware of the login and password of another User, as well as other confidential information about them, they must notify the Seller and not use the information they have become aware of.
7.4. The Seller's Online Store may contain links to third-party websites to which this Policy does not apply.
8. User's Rights Regarding the Processing of Their Personal Data
8.1. The User has the right to receive information relating to the processing of their personal data, including containing:
1. confirmation of the fact of personal data processing by the Seller;
2. the legal grounds and purposes of personal data processing;
3. the purposes and methods of personal data processing applied by the Seller;
4. the name and location of the Seller, information about persons (except for the Seller's employees) who have access to personal data or to whom personal data may be disclosed on the basis of an agreement with the Seller or based on the Personal Data Law;
5. the processed personal data relating to the respective personal data subject, the source of their obtaining, unless a different procedure for presenting such data is provided for by the Personal Data Law;
6. the terms of processing personal data, including the terms of their storage;
7. the procedure for the User to exercise the rights provided for by the Personal Data Law;
8. information about carried out or intended cross-border data transfer;
9. the name or surname, first name, patronymic, and address of the person processing personal data on behalf of the Seller, if processing is or will be entrusted to such a person;
10. other information provided for by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws of the Russian Federation.
8.2. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time and demand the termination of the processing of their personal data.
9. Modification of the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law.
9.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally make changes to this Policy.
9.2. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and the relations between the User and the Seller arising in connection with the application of the Policy.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. The User confirms their agreement that the consent given by them for the processing of their registration data (including personal data) is indefinite and can be withdrawn by the User or their legal representative by submitting a written application to the Seller in the form (link) or by submitting a written demand to the Seller to terminate the processing of personal data in the form (link). The transfer of the documents specified in this clause to the Seller is carried out by the Buyer by sending them to the Seller's email address specified in clause 10.2 of the Policy.
